The application offers a comprehensive feature for tracking and managing overtime hours on a daily basis, enabling users to generate monthly reports efficiently.

Users can monitor various types of leave, including paid (annual) leave, unpaid leave (termed as Missing Day), and reported absence days, facilitating accurate records of time off.

To aid in financial planning, the tool allows for the calculation of overtime fees by inputting both the user's salary and the applicable overtime hourly rate. Additionally, settings can be adjusted through the Settings menu to better suit individual needs.

A reminder alarm is available to ensure that users do not overlook their overtime entries, enhancing accountability and accuracy.

For overtime entry, users simply select the desired day from the calendar and press the Overtime button. A pop-up window will prompt users to input their overtime hours, followed by a Save action. If an entry needs to be corrected, users can enter zero in the Time box and save the changes to remove it.

Leave entries are equally straightforward: users select the day they were absent on the calendar and click the "Add Leave" button. After selecting the appropriate leave type, they can save their entry seamlessly.

The application also provides options to generate annual, monthly, and daily reports, which can be exported as PDF files for easy sharing and record-keeping.

It is important to note that using the “Delete Monthly Records” feature will clear all records for the selected month.
